- Do not consume alcoholic drinks or caffeine due to their diuretic effect
- Avoid juice consumption before treatment
- Eat healthily and in a balanced way, avoid dietary excesses
- Do not eat immediately before treatment, ideally at least 2 hours beforehand
- Stop exercising if you feel nausea, dizziness or weakness
- Refrain from other strenuous physical exercise 24 hours before and 24 hours after treatment
- Immediately after treatment, a high protein intake is recommended for muscle recovery and development (e.g. protein shake)
- Body recovery is important after each session. Muscles after the session need to rebuild their fibres, repairing tissue, so they need to absorb more and better nutrients
- For best results we recommend: no alcohol, increased intake of proteins, vitamins and minerals to help nourish muscles and aid recovery
- Reduce consumption of simple sugars
- Help eliminate toxins through natural lymph drainage, e.g. through increased aerobic activity
